How to Cook Our Premium Wagyu Steak Patties

Because these patties are made from our premium MS7–9 Wagyu cuts, it’s essential to preserve their juiciness and prevent the meat from drying out by following these steps:
- Preheat your Weber BBQ to 220°C
- Season each patty with salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Lightly spray both the grill and the patty with extra virgin olive oil, then place the patty on the grill
- Close the lid and cook for exactly 2 minutes
- After 2 minutes, flip the patty, and cook for another 2 minutes
- Flip the patty two more times (a total of 8 minutes with 4 × 2-minute intervals)
- You should achieve a rich sear on both sides, and when gently pressed, the juices should appear clear.
- Allow the patty to rest for 2 minutes, then build your Wagyu Steak Patty burger and enjoy.
