Our beef isn't churned out of factory feedlots. Each animal and each bloodline has its own character, which naturally makes every steak a little different. Our steaks average 250g, and because customers paying a premium expect consistency, the smaller pieces are packaged into our Value Packs. Even with the care and time that goes into raising true fullblood Wagyu, our prices remain lower than that of factory-fed Wagyu. Because we believe everyone deserves the chance to experience the true taste of Wagyu, right here in Australia.
